ACCESSIBILITY COMMITMENT

Support should be reachable.

Our commitment

Accessibility is part of safe, dignified access to mental-health support. We design and test HarbourMind so that people who use assistive technology, need larger text, prefer reduced motion, or rely on keyboard navigation can complete core flows — including account access, intake, matching, booking and pre-session checks — where practicable.

We do not treat accessibility as a one-time audit. As we add features, languages and third-party integrations, we review barriers, document known gaps during the supervised beta, and prioritise fixes that block booking, payment confirmation or safety flows.

What we test

Our internal checks and supervised beta feedback cover, among other matters:

Known limits in beta

Some third-party payment or video surfaces may not yet meet the same standard as HarbourMind-built screens. Live sessions depend on your device, operating-system settings, network quality and the video provider's own accessibility features.

We document material gaps as we find them and work with vendors where their controls affect your experience. Beta status means some fixes may follow public launch priorities; we will still treat safety-critical barriers with urgency.

Alternative support

If a digital flow is difficult to use, our agency can provide a human-assisted referral or booking route. Alternative support does not reduce your privacy choices under our Privacy Policy & Collection Notice (/privacy).

You may also contact us on WhatsApp at +852 6336 4573 (wa.me/85263364573). Please use accessibility or operational messages only; do not send counselling session content through WhatsApp unless you have been explicitly directed to do so for a specific support matter.

Tell us

Email accessibility@harbourmindhk.com with the page or screen, your device and browser or app version, assistive technology (if any), and the barrier you encountered. Screenshots or short screen recordings help if you are comfortable sharing them.

Do not include counselling content, clinical notes or emergency details in accessibility reports. If you need urgent help, call 999 (Hong Kong emergency services).
