What clients pay
The listed session fee is the amount you pay. There is no HarbourMind surcharge layered on top of the counsellor’s fee.
PRICING
Clear fees. No surprise surcharge.
You pay the counsellor’s listed session fee in HKD. HarbourMind’s 15% application fee is taken from that amount—not added on top—so the total you authorise is the fee you already see.
How the fee is shared
From each paid session, about 15% supports matching, agency review, secure sessions and support. About 85% goes to your counsellor.
Example
If a session is listed at HKD 1,000, you pay HKD 1,000. About HKD 150 supports the platform; about HKD 850 goes to the counsellor.
Cancellation (launch policy)
Cancel 24 hours or more before the session for a full refund. Cancel within 24 hours or miss the session and the fee is not refunded. If your counsellor cancels, or a platform/payment issue prevents the session, you get a full refund or a free rebook.
